The best online poker rooms for razz poker players
Razz poker can be played at a wide range of poker rooms but a majority of them offer very little traffic. After checking the major independent poker rooms and the "networked" rooms I have come to the conclusion that only two of them have enough traffic to warrant a listing on this web site. In addition to the average number of players at the Razz poker tables I have also taken the stakes variety into consideration. I know a couple rooms that offer decent Razz poker traffic but is limited to only the micro-stakes tables. With this in mind I have decided to only list the online poker rooms that:- Have over 100 real money Razz poker players around the clock.
- Offer a viable mix of active micro-stakes, small stakes, medium stakes and high stakes tables.
Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker are currently the only poker rooms that meet these qualifications. Some of you may have been mislead in the past by other web sites making inaccurate claims about the Razz poker traffic at other poker rooms. With this in mind I have taken screenshot's of the Razz lobby at each room so you can see the traffic for yourself.

The Best Razz Poker Rooms
Pokerstars is considered by many as the best online poker room to play Razz poker at. Based on traffic alone this would certainly be true but when I take into consideration the narrow lead they have over Full Tilt Poker I must consider other factors as well. Both rooms provide excellent software, great promotions & VIP programs and accept U.S. players. Both rooms offer new players a max bonus of $600 but the first deposit bonus at Pokerstars is considerably better as they will match your first three deposits, which are stackable. On the other hand, many Razz poker enthusiast claim that the competition at the Razz poker tables are somewhat looser (easier to beat) at Full Tilt Poker. In the end I think it is a toss up. Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker are the two largest and most popular poker rooms online. They both offer excellent 7 Card Stud and 7 Card Stud HL traffic as well.
