Seven Card stud tournament selection
Stud tournament players will also be happy with the selection they find at Poker Stars. They have both sit n go and regular multi table Seven Card stud tournaments running all day every day. While these tournaments aren’t as frequent as the more popular Texas Hold’em tournaments, there are plenty available and all it takes is a little patience to find ones that are filling up.
Customer service and banking
Poker Stars has built a reputation of being one of the most trusted and reliable poker sites out there. Historically though, their support has been terrible. I've noticed a change in the last year or so though. I usually get a response from them within 12 hours. While this isn't the best, it certainly isn't the worst. They only offer email support at the moment but hopefully that will change in the near future.
Banking at Poker Stars is reliable and secure. One of the reason for their success is the lightning fast withdrawals and 100% successful deposit rate. E-checks are the easiest deposit option for U.S. players as well as the easiest cash-out option. If you submit an e-check withdrawal on Monday you will typically have the money in your bank on Wednesday.
